The AR Lead Rubus builds, implements, and scales Applied Research platforms that validate products, genetics, and production technologies in real-world farming environments, ensuring solutions are technically sound, operationally feasible, and market-relevant. Identifies, describes, and deploys Rubus genotypes adaptable to the regions of interest, in close collaboration with the R&D team, commercial team, and external growers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES (Other duties may be assigned)

Program Establishment & Trial Deployment

Establish Applied Research programs from inception.

Identify priority regions, crops, and production systems.

Design and deploy field trials.
