   This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admin / Warm Leads Caller to support clients in the construction and home improvement industries. This role focuses on generating warm leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments through structured outbound calling and follow-up efforts.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and experienced in managing lead pipelines while maintaining strong communication and documentation standards.
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 • Conduct 160–250 outbound calls daily to homeowners in English-speaking markets
 
 • Follow approved scripts to introduce services and engage potential clients
 
 • Qualify warm leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
 
 • Maintain accurate and detailed call records in CRM systems
