Archers Contact Solutions is seeking Appointment Setters to join our growing remote team. You will play a vital role in helping our clients connect with potential leads and grow their businesses. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and has excellent communication skills—capable of building rapport and maintaining professionalism in every conversation.



Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls, emails, or messages to potential leads to schedule appointments for clients

- Manage and update CRM systems accurately and efficiently

- Confirm and follow up on scheduled meetings or calls

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria

- Coordinate with clients to ensure appointment details are complete and accurate

- Maintain a professional and friendly approach while handling objections

- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
