Appointment Setter

We are seeking a confident and professional Appointment Setter to manage client bookings and scheduling. The role requires excellent communication skills, accuracy in handling appointments, and a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel client appointments
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients in English and Urdu
• Maintain accurate appointment records and client details
• Follow up with clients for confirmations and reminders
• Coordinate appointment schedules with internal team members
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree preferred
