About the Role

We are looking for a
confident, disciplined Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
who can speak clearly, handle rejection, and consistently book qualified appointments with decision-makers.

This is not a casual calling job.

You will be calling
business owners and law firms
in North America using structured scripts and a clear system.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to business owners and law firms (US only)
• Follow proven call scripts while sounding natural and confident
• Handle gatekeepers professionally
• Qualify leads and book appointments on the calendar
• Accurately update call notes and outcomes in Google Sheets / CRM
• Follow up with warm leads as instructed
• Hit daily call and appointment targets
