Commission Based Opportunity

EZ BPO Solutions is looking for two cold callers for a B2B campaign. This position is part-time for now, but will convert to full-time if the candidates perform well.

Your Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses
• Set appointments
• Manage calendars
• Successfully close meetings (Sales) (Optional)

What we are offering:

• Uncapped commission
• 7.5% commission per appointment booked that converts
• An additional 2.5% commission if you handle closing yourself
• Bonuses for high-performing individuals
• Chance to switch to salary-based structure (Full-time position, after successful evaluation of the first 6 months)

Average Commission (with closing) per sale: $200

What You Must Have:

• Commitment (cold calling isn't easy)
• Good accent
• Punctuality
• At least 4 hours of time
