Appointment Setter

Our Appointment Setter will be responsible for engaging leads, nurturing prospects, and booking high-quality appointments with business owners and decision-makers.

He / She is confident on the phone, skilled in outbound prospecting, and experienced in setting qualified appointments for sales teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to business owners and decision-makers
• Qualify leads based on set criteria
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Track outreach activities and appointment metrics
• Nurture leads who are not yet ready to book
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets.

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
