Job Title: Appointment Setter & Scheduler

Responsibilities:

Appointment Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments
• Manage therapists' availability and update calendars accordingly
• Ensure appointment slots are optimized for efficiency
• Send reminders and follow-ups to reduce cancellations and no-shows

Client Communication & Support

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding appointment availability
• Provide clear instructions for telehealth sessions and answer basic client questions
• Assist clients with troubleshooting scheduling issues

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and cancellations
