MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an Appointment Setter

General Description: In order to make sure that important appointments are scheduled for the sales team, the appointment setter schedules consultations between sales staff and potential clients.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9 PM - 6 AM (PHT); Onsite Set Up

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling potential clients
• Scheduling appointments for clients and sales team
• Make outbound calls for client appointment reminders
• Ensures that important meetings are booked for the sales team
• Familiarize essential details of products and services

Requirements:

• At least college level
• Excellent communication skills
• Knows how to target decision makers
• Familiarity with the West Coast slang is a plus
