Appointment Setter - Onsite/Night Shift

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support our sales efforts by generating leads and scheduling qualified appointments. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with high-volume outreach, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and emails
• Make approximately 150–200 calls and emails per day
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
• Accurately log all activities, calls, and appointments in the CRM
• Follow up with leads to ensure appointments are confirmed and attended
• Engage prospects in professional conversations to understand needs and assess fit
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead generation and appointment-setting strategies
