Appointment Setter

We're hiring a remote Appointment Setter to support our outbound engagement efforts across various platforms. You'll play a key role in initiating contact with leads, qualifying interest, managing follow-ups, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Review and qualify leads before outreach using provided criteria and tools.
• Send personalized outreach messages and manage timely follow-ups.
• Engage with leads professionally across email, social messaging, and business platforms.
• Use provided scripts to guide qualified leads toward setting appointments.
• Update CRM or Google Sheets with accurate lead and conversation data.
• Follow step-by-step SOPs to ensure outreach quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Experience as an Appointment Setter, Outreach Assistant, SDR, BDR, or Lead Generation Specialist.
• Comfortable with repetitive outreach and maintaining accuracy.
