Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to warm leads via Phone
• Qualify prospects based on provided criteria
• Book qualified calls into the calendar of assigned closers
• Ensure daily activity targets are met (calls, contacts, show rates)
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up tags
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve call and booking strategies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telesales, preferably with warm leads
• Strong ability to qualify prospects using defined criteria and identify sales-ready opportunities
• Demonstrated experience booking appointments directly into sales calendars
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet or exceed daily activity targets (calls, contacts, show rates)
