Appointment Setter/ Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and organized Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for our future patients.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outreach: Execute on average calls per day (combination of new leads and follow-ups).
• Lead Management: Respond to inbound inquiries from Facebook, Google Ads, and landing pages within minutes.
• Discovery & Qualification: Conduct brief discovery calls to understand the patient's physical needs and goals and qualify them for our services.
• CRM Mastery: Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to track leads, update pipelines, and manage automated SMS/Email follow-ups.
• Scheduling: Manage the clinic's calendar, ensuring the therapists' schedules are optimized with high-quality appointments.
