Type: Contract, part-time initially (20 hrs/wk), potential to grow into full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive appointment setter to help increase show-up rates, confirm appointments, and support our sales team. Your primary responsibility is to ensure qualified leads show up prepared for their scheduled calls and are properly nurtured before the appointment.

This is not cold calling. You will only contact warm, qualified leads who have already booked or expressed interest.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Call, text, and follow up with scheduled leads to confirm their appointment
• Ensure leads attend their scheduled calls
• Reschedule leads when needed
• Follow up with no-shows and help them rebook
• Ensure leads watch the required pre-call video (VSL)
• Answer basic questions and reinforce the value of the call
