Job Description:
We're looking for a Business Development Specialist / Appointment Setter  to handle B2B outbound sales calls, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our sales team. This role is fully remote and focused on introducing commercial cleaning and janitorial services to businesses.
 

• Make high-volume outbound B2B sales calls
• Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments
• Research and identify businesses that fit our target market
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports
• Meet daily activity targets (80–100 calls/emails per day)

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant, friendly tone  and convincing delivery .
