Appointment Setter/Cold Caller

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in healthcare or home care
• Strong understanding of professional phone etiquette when engaging with clinical and administrative stakeholders
• Ability to confidently communicate the value of non-medical or medical home care services to referral partners
• Experience qualifying leads and setting appointments with decision-makers (e.g., administrators, directors, case managers)
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to manage high-volume outbound calls while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Experience using CRM systems to track calls, referrals, and follow-ups
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and consistently meet weekly appointment targets
