Appointment Setter/Sales Consultant

WOW Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Appointment Setter / Sales Consultant to join a leading provider of mortgage broking, financial planning, and superannuation services.

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for engaging with warm leads, booking appointments, and conducting initial fact-finding conversations. You’ll work with a dialler system and scripts, while also using your initiative to build rapport and drive results.

What you’ll be doing:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
• Booking appointments for Financial Advisors
• Conducting fact-finding conversations with qualified leads
• Consistently achieving daily KPIs (appointments & call targets)
• Accurately logging all activity in the CRM system
• Working closely with the team to ensure a smooth handover of leads
