Job Description

Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads through inbound and outbound calls.
Promote insurance products and explain coverage, benefits, and pricing in a persuasive manner.
Build strong relationships with potential customers to increase trust and conversion rates.
Qualify interested customers and transfer qualified calls to the Closing Team for final consultation and sales closure.
Ensure smooth and professional call transfers by providing accurate customer information and inquiry details to the Closers.
Handle objections confidently and encourage customer interest in available insurance plans.
Follow up with leads and potential clients to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records, lead status, and sales notes within the CRM system.
