Under limited Supervision, responsible for providing customer service and helping to meet individual and store Appraisal Buy goals.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Providing exceptional service throughout the customer's experience.
+ Establishing rapport quickly, with all types of customers, demonstrating confidence in your role and the CarMax appraisal process
+ Communicating effectively both in-person and over the phone to discover the customer’s motivation to sell their car and follow up with customers still deciding.
