Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Review the appraisal value of items accepted in the branch to confirm the accuracy of the pawn value, karat, and weight.
-Recommend corrective actions for accepted pawn items with overvalued appraisals and counterfeit/ fake items.
-Conduct computations for pledged items, including renewals and redemptions.
-Send monthly auctions due reminders to customers and update the corresponding records.
-Prepare pawn tickets for clients in connection with disbursement and renewal transactions.
-Ensure client records and statuses are accurately updated.
-Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
-Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
-At least high school graduate
-With at least 3-5 years experience as an Appraiser
-With good communication skills
-With good moral character
-With Leadership Skills
