Job Summary

The Appraiser is responsible in supporting efficient and accurate credit evaluation and helps minimize the Bank's credit risk by:

• Determining the acceptability of collateral based on Bank's Appraisal guidelines
• Estimating the market value of real estate properties being used as loan collateral
