Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Regularly monitoring and updating property value of all real property portfolios
Visit and research properties in order to establish properties market values.
Regularly conducting property valuations based on industry standards and requirements and providing feasibility analysis
Preparing Asset reports, which include stratification of real property assets, and all other reports required by the Company.
Regularly conducting property inspection to monitor the condition of properties and recommend the necessary action to secure unsecured properties.
Evaluating sales offers, negotiating with buyers and/or brokers, and addressing all concerns, issues and complaints of buyers and/or representatives
Providing recommendatory sign off on the Notice of Approval to buyers
Providing sign off on the documentation checklist and turnover...
