WHAT TO EXPECT IN CBAP?
Upon successful completion of the programme, selected participants will secure a placement in CIMB
Singapore's Commercial Banking department.
You will actively engage and enable our local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to grow to their
full business potential through CIMB's various banking solutions like our business accounts, loans and
financing products, trade finance products and more.
CBAP PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
The 6-month programme will equip you with the technical competencies, financial knowledge and relationship management skills needed to excel in the industry.
- MONTH 1: Structured Training & Rotation within Commercial Banking
- MONTH 2 TO 6: Rotation across functions that work closely with Commercial Banking
- Mentorship Programme with veteran Commercial Bankers for 6 months
