We're looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused individual to join our Learning & Organisational Development team as an L&D Advisor Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of the Browne Training Academy while gaining hands-on experience across the full learning cycle.

In this role, you'll help design, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of corporate learning initiatives. You'll support leadership development, contribute to talent and organisational development programmes, and play a key role in compliance and mandatory training across the business. You'll work closely with managers, teams, and subcontractors to understand training needs, assist with workshop delivery, maintain accurate training records, and help gather and analyse feedback to drive continuous improvement.
