Apprentice Mechanic

Clean Harbors Edmonton, Canada is looking for an Apprentice Diesel Mechanic to join our safety‑conscious team. The role involves performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on the company’s fleet of light‑duty and heavy‑duty trucks, as well as equipment.

Shift: Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 am – 6:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
• Secure all equipment before work and repair activities using chock blocks and jack stands.
• Correct equipment deficiencies and perform preventative maintenance tasks on company vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and identify required repairs.
• Carry out routine and specific maintenance tasks on light and heavy‑duty vehicles.
