**What you’ll build:**

+ Monitor specific commercial programs to mitigate churn and increase revenue by pulling reports and interacting with CREs from different regions to ensure proactivity and execution.
+ Align our provisioning tool with bookings by triggering system updates, assisting CREs with complex cases, and enabling CREs to perform these tasks autonomously.
