Apprenticeship Development Advisor

This role supports employers of apprentices and trainees from initial sign-up through to successful completion by providing expert guidance and practical solutions. As an Apprenticeship Development Advisor, you’ll help employers create effective training environments, ensure appropriate supervision, and understand their responsibilities. Through personalised advisory services delivered primarily via phone and video, you’ll identify gaps in support, offer referrals to relevant services, and strengthen the overall apprenticeship and or traineeship experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured support to employers from sign-up through to completion.
• Provide guidance on supervision standards, legal obligations, and training plan alignment.
