APS Intern

What you’ll do:

Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing initiatives and APS Culture within the plant, including the follow-up and implementation of APSS standards and continuous improvement projects on site, as well as support in activities related to the plant layout strategy. This role is part of the APS area, driving waste elimination and cost reduction initiatives aligned with the plant’s annual goals to achieve operational excellence.

• Tracking reports for Kaizen ideas and communication with plant areas
• Support in APS activities (workshops, recognition programs, employee suggestions, etc.)
• Annual APSS standards evaluation
• Cost reduction projects
• Plant layout updates according to PE or APS Engineer requirements
• Provide support in activities led by the APS area in collaboration with the operations team
• Follow up on Kaizen ideas indicators (L2L, OPI)
