AP/Treasury Manager

Summary of Job Descriptions:

This role supports both Accounts Payable and Treasury functions of the Accounting Department. You'll handle vouching and verification of accounting documents, processing payments, preparing checks, monitoring staff loans, reconciling accounts, maintaining ledgers, managing petty cash, and ensuring timely releases of payables. The position also assists in preparing statutory reports such as VAT, EWT, Expense Reports, and BIR Forms, while supporting internal audit requirements and maintaining accurate financial records for all companies and product departments.
This is a critical role that keeps the company's cash flow tight, clean, and audit-proof.
