**Qualification, Knowledge & Academic requirements**

+ University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical and/or Electronics.
+ Advanced conversational English, communication with technical vocabulary.

**Experience requirements:**

+ Proven experience in new product launches (NPI/NPD). Management and experience in core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, CP) implementing the tools and generating added value to the new product development process.
+ Proven experience in 8D analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
+ GreenBelt certification is desirable, with proven experience in statistical analysis focused on quality.
+ Proactive, change agent, self-directed, and with effective communication. Ability to lead a work team.
+ Implementation of new projects from conception to prototypes - MP.
