Starting Salary: $34,254.57

General Duties and Responsibilities

This position will plan, organize, direct, and control activities pertaining to the operation of a whirlpool, indoor, outdoor, and wading pools at a community recreation facility. Duties will include staff training and development, pool chemical monitoring and maintenance to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, aquatic program development and implementation, facility supervision, staff scheduling, and public relations through community involvement. Reports directly to Senior Aquatic Specialist.
