Job Description

GENERAL ROLE
Responsible for accurate accounting of sales, accounts receivable, and VAT, ensuring timely cash collection and treasury operations in compliance with internal and external regulations. Liaise with banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
This is a maternity leave cover contract position with a duration of 18 months.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & AR Management
Ensure accurate daily sales interface and reconciliation between EPOS and SAP
Monitor cash and card collections, AR aging, and resolve discrepancies
Prepare AR entries and issue tax invoices
Perform AR reconciliation
Perform margin correction
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
2. Treasury
Prepare and process payments (Domestic & Overseas)
Manage FX hedging contracts
Perform bank reconciliations, Kyriba exceptional report 
Cash flow forecasting
