AR Analyst

As an AR Analyst Partt time, you will be a critical part of the company's day-to-day and month-end close processes and operational procedures including billing support, cash application, customer account maintenance, and collections. This role ensures timely and accurate application of customer payments, monitors aging exposure, supports audit and tax documentation requests, and serves as a point of contact for customer billing and payment inquiries.
What you'll do at Iterable:
Cash Application & Reconciliation

• Apply incoming customer payments (ACH, wire, check) to open invoices in NetSuite.
  
• Perform daily cash reconciliation between bank activity and subledger.
  
• Research and resolve unapplied cash, short pays, and overpayments.
  
• Update AR aging for remittance-identified payments and closed invoice.
  

Billing & Invoice Administration

• Support recurring and ad-hoc bill runs.
