AR AP Executive

We are currently hiring an AR AP Executive on behalf of our client, based in Subang. This role is suitable for candidates with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable who are looking to grow in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
• Prepare and process invoices, payments and journal entries
• Monitor customer collections and follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on finance matters
