**Position:** AR Caller
**Type:** Full-time, 45 hours/week
**Shift:** US business hours
**Start:** Within 7 to 10 days
**Role Summary**
Work medical accounts receivable for the client. Focus is denial management and payer follow-up. Place outbound calls to insurance companies, resolve denied claims, document every interaction inside the client's practice management system.
**Responsibilities**
- Work denied claims through first, second, and third round resolution
- Place outbound calls to payers for status, appeals, and reprocessing
- Submit medical records and supporting documentation when requested
- Use payer portals for claim status, EOB retrieval, and appeal submission
- Educate payers on medical necessity for oral appliance therapy when claims are denied as dental
- Document every payer interaction with reference number, rep name, and next action
