Job Description

                    Discover, sign, and manage relationships with local composers, songwriters, and publishers 
Negotiate and close A&R and publishing deals 
Lead creative initiatives such as songwriting camps, sessions, and workshops 
Collaborate with A&R teams from record labels, music publishers, and production houses 
Monitor chart and streaming performance across major platforms 
Curate, manage, and optimize the music catalog 
Drive catalog monetization in close collaboration with the Licensing Manager 
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with: 
Music labels & publishers 
Production houses & film companies 
Creative & digital agencies 
Brands across various industries
