Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Lead / Business Partner

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead who brings a strong process owner mindset and can act as a true business partner to Sales and Finance. This role goes beyond day-to-day AR processing—you will take ownership of AR processes, proactively manage stakeholders, and drive improvements that reduce billing issues and accelerate cash collection.

The ideal candidate is assertive, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the confidence to engage Sales teams in constructive but sometimes difficult conversations to ensure billing accuracy and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections
