AR Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the implementation and compliance to Company's policies and procedures.
• Conducts AR Collection process via Phone call;
• Executes on time and accurate details of all payment posting for concerned companies being handled;
• Prepares and updates Open Balance per DSR on a regular basis;
• Ensures regular validation of Per Salesman's Account Jackets to achieve updated AR data; and
• Conducts regular monitoring and checking of O.R. series.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any degree. Preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• With skills related to numerical reasoning.
• Immediate Supervisor: Admin Head
• Willing to be assigned in Purok 24 Malupiha, Malagamot, Panacan, Davao City. Kanto D'Rock Gas Station, C-ONE Trucking pasaka, AA Group na Red Gate.
