VISAYA is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist with strong healthcare billing background.
Qualifications:
• At least SHS graduate
• Minimum 2 years Healthcare AR experience (Medicare, Medi-Cal, or Commercial payers)
• Strong knowledge of EOB and UB-04 forms
• Experience handling healthcare credit balance adjustments and refunds
• Familiar with benefit rules, denial overturns, and third-party payer billing procedures
• Proficient in navigating payer websites for appeals, verification, and claims follow-ups
