A&R

You will be part of the A&R and Business Development team, ensuring that artists and label partners receive the necessary support to reach their full potential. You will actively seek out deals through your existing relationships while developing new ones. You will be responsible for meeting quarterly and annual revenue goals, and for using data-driven insights to evaluate earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development by identifying and attracting top-tier artists, engaging with their managers, and closing artist deals.
• Identify prospective artists for ONErpm, artist managers, catalogs, and labels, and onboard them to our platform.
• Establish metrics for new client/artist acquisition and set individual targets across the team.
• Prioritize data-driven analysis for deal evaluation; this includes reviewing financial projections to justify talent acquisition and revenue potential.
