About the Role:We are hiring Arabic-speaking Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound and outbound customer queries. The ideal candidate will communicate professionally with customers, resolve issues, and provide accurate information while maintaining service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls in Arabic and Urdu (inbound/outbound).
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
Follow company policies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly performance KPIs (attendance, quality, call handling).
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and Urdu(speaking & understanding) – mandatory.
Good English or Urdu communication is a plus.
Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor's degree.
