The Job:

A progressive and forward thinking farming business is seeking an experienced Arable Farm Manager to take responsibility for a large scale arable operation in Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day to day operations while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the farm.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full management of arable operations across a large-scale farm


• Planning and delivering cropping programmes to maximise yield and quality


• Managing cultivations, drilling, spraying and harvesting operations


• Overseeing machinery use, maintenance and investment planning
