The role involves providing expert advice to clients, managing the entire growing process for contracted crops, and supporting seed procurement. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a passion for the Arable industry. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with computer literacy in Microsoft Office. For suitable candidates, agronomic training will be provided.
