AR/AP Accountant (12 months contract)

**Your Missions**

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be working in close collaboration with a team of 3-4 accountants on the Accounts Payable cycle (60-80%), and support the team on Accounts Receivable and other ad-hoc tasks (20-40%):

+ Reconcile AP invoices with Purchase Orders
+ Record vendor invoices into the accounting system
+ Prepare payment batches on a weekly basis
+ Reconcile and book vendor payments
+ Manage the accounting inbox and vendor communications
+ Update and maintain vendor database
+ Validate Employee Expenses and Credit Card transactions
