Your Missions

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be working in close collaboration with a team of 3-4 accountants on the Accounts Payable cycle (60-80%), and support the team on Accounts Receivable and other ad-hoc tasks (20-40%):

• Reconcile AP invoices with Purchase Orders

• Record vendor invoices into the accounting system

• Prepare payment batches on a weekly basis

• Reconcile and book vendor payments

• Manage the accounting inbox and vendor communications
