AR/AP Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist with strong experience handling complex, high-volume transactions. This role supports a business that ships large orders—often truckloads with hundreds of SKUs—to major retailers in the U.S. and internationally.

Due to partial shipments, a single purchase order may result in multiple invoices and payments. In addition, customers frequently submit partial or incorrect payments, requiring careful review, reconciliation, and follow-up. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, solid problem-solving skills, and prior experience managing high-volume AR/AP activity and post-shipment support.
