The lead Partner is Global Elite Thought Leader status in multiple Lexology categories and is recognised as a world-leading Expert in GAR. Cases by default are large and/or complex, and span a wide variety of commercial and investor-state disputes, with the sweet spot being £100-500 million and up to the value of several £billion
