Position Overview Authorised Repair Centre coordinators are a highly important role in several aspects. Technical support and follow up on issues are a key part of the satisfaction of our Authorised Repair Centres. Technical skilled coordinator which is responsible to coordinate all issues between our Authorised Repair Centre network and ESAB. Escalate issues to the appropriate line managers.

Responsibilities

• Daily implementation of the safety culture and driving of safety improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for compliance with all legal, tariff and operational rules.
• Improve the level of service delivery/quality to a world-class standard.
• Act as key point of contact for our Authorised Repair Centres.
• Warranty handling with our Authorised Repair Centres.
