Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled ArchiCAD Draftsperson with at least 3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and documentation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in BIM modeling using ArchiCAD and capable of producing accurate construction drawings, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring compliance with building standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation using ArchiCAD
• Create and manage BIM models for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy
• Prepare working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions
