The Opportunity
The AA leads the development of the SAP template, ensuring harmonized, standardized processes aligned to the archetype. It represents the SAP CoE in architecture governance, resolves solution conflicts, and aligns SAP with the broader enterprise ecosystem and future capability needs. The AA maintains architecture artefacts, supports requirements and process design, and drives cross-functional integration. Across the SAP CoE, AAs collaborate to harmonize solutions and maximize business value.
How You'll Make An Impact
Support the Preparation of Change Requests in the Pipeline.
Actively review User Stories in ADO and adjust the affected archetype.
Channel to the correct GBPOs for initial clarification.
Support GBPOs writing the business requirements specification (Description and Acceptance Criteria for User Stories in ADO).
Supports Archetype Lead and GBPOs to prioritize Change Requests.
Prepare for and participate in the Funnel triage.
